1. What are your operating hours?

Our regular operating hours are from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Those located inside malls follow the mall’s schedule. Coming soon, to fully serve you better are branches opening for 24 hours. You may check the schedule of the branch near you in our locations menu.

3. For Global Padala and Money transfer transactions, why do I have to present a valid ID?

What are the acceptable ID’s?

As per circular 706 on Anti-Money Laundering, customers must present an original valid identification to establish and record their true identity. This is a part of compliance to BSP as well as for security purposes of your transactions. Please see below upated list of acceptable ID’s.

4. What is the Global Rewards Club Loyalty Program and how do I apply?

Everyone is entitled to apply and be a member of the prestigous Global Rewards Club. Just go to the nearest Global Access branch nearest you and fill up an application form. Once card is received, every transaction will have corresponding points which you can exchange for rewards, vouchers, offset service fees and discounts to partner establishments. Plus card is also a debit card and atm card which you can use to purchase goods and services and withdrawable to over 10,000 plus atm’s nationwide.
